Salines des Trenc
The working salt flats next to Es Trenc — where I send families on the way back from the beach, when small hands need something pink and strange to look at. The ponds shift white to pink to blue, and the shrimp running the whole show steal the tour.

Working salt producer that runs a one-hour guided tour through the production cycle — the ponds shift from white to pink to blue depending on evaporation stage. English tours run 2–3 times a day, no booking needed off-season but reserve in summer or you'll only see the salt mountains from outside the fence. Combine with Es Trenc beach, five minutes down the road. Flamingos are hit-or-miss; the pink shrimp that feed them are the actual stars of the tour.
Good to know
