Owner Bernardo runs the place hands-on and is consistently described as friendly, but English is genuinely limited, so settle every detail (extra guests, dinners, group arrangements) in writing before arrival. Car essential — you're in the Pla, ten minutes from the nearest beach and everything else. Light aircraft from Palma approach overhead in season, audible into the late evening.
Good to know
Multiple guests report disputes over the security deposit and unexpected extra charges, especially for group bookings or anything resembling a celebration — get every arrangement confirmed in writing and document the apartment on arrival. Cleanliness of kitchenware has been flagged more than once; check before cooking.
