Converted city mansion tucked into a side passage off San Miguel — the courtyard is the heart of the place, used for breakfast and evening drinks. Walls are thin and rooms facing the inner patio pick up noise until the terrace closes; street-side rooms get delivery traffic from 5am. The in-house garage is rare for central Palma but the descent is tight — anything bigger than a VW Golf will scrape. Breakfast is outsourced to the attached restaurant and quality is uneven; dinner there gets better notes.
Good to know
Getting into the hotel itself requires stairs and there is no main elevator to the entrance — not workable with heavy luggage or limited mobility. Garage entrance and exit are extremely narrow; read the warnings before booking if you have a larger rental car.
