The address is the whole pitch — Carrer de Sant Jaume is a quiet lane two minutes from Passeig del Born, so you get Old Town walkability without the noise. Front desk team (Alicia, Jordi, Alejandro the deputy GM) is named repeatedly across reviews and runs the restaurant-list / welcome-cava routine well. Rooftop has a small pool and terrace that's larger than most central-Palma equivalents. Gym is tiny — treat it as an afterthought, not a reason to book.

Good to know

The hotel sits inside Palma's ZACA limited-traffic zone, so arriving by car means dropping bags and parking 2–3 minutes away in a public garage. Direct-booking cancellation policy is strict (21 days out per one guest report) — read the fine print before booking outside Booking.com.
