Adults-only since 2012 — don't bring the kids, even for a terrace aperitif. Rooftop terrace has a small plunge pool and breakfast service with cathedral spires through the tree line. The De Tokio a Lima restaurant downstairs is a destination in its own right, and there's a free hour at the sister spa available to guests. Front-of-house lead Daniel Ramis is named in nearly every review — Mallorquín, perfect English, will hand you a real-deal list of Palma spots.
Good to know
Strict adults-only policy is enforced even in the bar and terrace areas; this caught some long-time regulars off guard. No on-site parking — you'll need a public garage nearby (Parc de la Mar or Plaça Major). The rooftop pool is small and shaded part of the day, more dip than swim.
