The setup is a 19th-century Mallorcan house on a quiet side street — heavy wooden doors at the entrance, a tiled staircase up to reception, original living rooms preserved on the way in. Most rooms share bathrooms on the corridor (a few have private), and guests consistently report the shared facilities being spotless. Victoria and Gerard run the place hands-on; they answer the door, check you in, and know the neighbourhood. There's a small lounge bar and a rooftop terrace, but no breakfast service — Cafè Martí, 50 metres down the street, is where regulars go.
Good to know
Reception is on the first floor with no lift — expect at least one flight of stairs with luggage, more for top-floor rooms. Check-in is not possible after 22:00 , so message ahead if you land on a late flight. Rooms are simple and historic in feel — antique furniture, thin walls, original non-hermetic doors — so pack earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
