Ermita de Sant Blai
A 14th-century chapel from the Catalan conquest, sitting alone in the fields outside Campos — the kind of stop I make when the south coast drive needs a pause and a bit of quiet. Restored, well kept, and almost always empty.
Mallora’s take
Tiny rural chapel in the fields outside Campos, restored by the local "Amics de Sant Blai" association and kept in beautiful shape. The interior is only accessible Thursdays from 5pm onwards — outside that window you're looking at the exterior and the grounds, which is honestly enough for a 20-minute stop. The first Sunday of February is the big day: blessing of children, oil and sweets handed out for winter ailments, full village turnout.
Good to know
If you want to see inside, time it for Thursday after 5pm — otherwise the gates are closed. No facilities on site, no signage in English.
