Museo Municipal de Valldemossa
The town museum tucked inside Valldemossa's Cartuja — your monastery ticket already covers it, so wander in for the Tramuntana landscape room and the Guasp printing press, where a 17th-century press and its woodblock matrices reward the half-hour you'll give them.
Mallora’s take
It's inside the Cartuja and your monastery ticket covers it — skipping it makes no sense once you're already there. Four sections: a Tramuntana landscape pinacoteca, a 20th-century room built around Juli Ramis, an Archduke Luis Salvador room, and the Guasp printing press with its 17th-century press and woodblock matrices — that last room is the one to slow down for. Cell number 4 is a separate ticket; most people skip it and don't miss much. Half an hour, maybe forty minutes.
Good to know
Closed Sundays. Don't buy a separate ticket — entry comes with the Cartuja, so go through that entrance.
