The interiors read more like a private museum than a hotel: oversized rooms with period furniture, communal balconies, and a courtyard garden where you can sunbathe in lieu of a pool. No restaurant or breakfast service, but there's an honesty bar and a supermarket nearby; some rooms have a kitchenette. The side-street location off La Rambla stays quiet at night despite being a few minutes' walk from everything in the Old Town.
