Wabisuke
A Joan Miró sushi counter where the fish does the talking and the room knows it. My weekday lunch when I want sashimi, rice that's actually been thought about, and a window on the sea while the city gets on with its afternoon.
Mallora’s take
Plain room, big window, sea on the other side of Joan Miró — people come for the sushi and sashimi, not the décor. The fish is the draw; the rice gets called out as on point, and the ramen has its own small fan club. Service runs fast when it's on, but consistency is the question mark — read recent reviews before you commit to a special evening.
Good to know
Closed Monday lunch; otherwise two shifts daily, with a shorter Sunday lunch-only service. Takeaway runs through both shifts. Walk-ins usually work — it's not a booking-heavy room.
Typical spend / person
