Los Patos Restaurant
A block back from the Alcúdia promenade, which is exactly why the tables stay more local than tourist. Come for the fish paella or seafood fideuà — start with the grilled octopus, and the covered terrace holds its cool even on August afternoons.
Mallora’s take
Order the rice — the fish paella and seafood fideuà are what regulars come back for, with grilled octopus as the opener. The beef fillet is the off-script pick; portions run large and the kitchen sends it out around 350g. Covered terrace stays cool even on hot afternoons, and the location off the promenade keeps the crowd more local than tourist.
Good to know
Closed Monday and Tuesday. Online booking takes under a minute and is worth doing in high season; mid-May walk-ins still work for a table of four.
